Job Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project management such as project progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship, control of general workers.
Coordination and liaison with all relevant parties.
Support the Project manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and are of highest quality.
Handling documentation and administrative matters required for commencement of work and project closing.
Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
Update daily progress, weekly progress and monthly progress for project monitors
Conduct project site inspection.
Attend co-ordination meeting with designer/ architect/ consultants relating to design /detail / drawing.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure.

Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 to 3 years' working experience in interior design or fit-out industry.
Carpentry/Joinery works' experiences will be an added advantage.
Possess class 3 driving license preferred.
Proficient in MS Word/ Excel/ Project and good with paperwork.
Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
Local working experience needed.
