  1. Working Hours
  • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
  • Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
  1. Roles & Responsibilities
  2. Investigative & Case Support
  • Assist in conducting preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews for minor incidents.
  • Obtain statements from students and witnesses, where appropriate.
  • Compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports for submission to relevant Key Personnel (KPs) for further direction.
  1. Detention and IGNITE+ Follow-Up
  • Supervise students assigned to detention (Monday–Thursday) and the IGNITE+ programme (Monday and Wednesday).
  • Ensure students complete assigned tasks during detention sessions.
  • Follow up with form teachers regarding students who have been assigned detention but fail to attend.
  • Ensure detention tasks are meaningful, constructive, and developmental in nature.
  1. In-House Suspension Support
  • Support school staff in managing students who are removed from class, placed on internal suspension, or absent without valid reason.
  • Facilitate learning continuity during suspension by liaising with form teachers.
  1. Administrative Support
  • Perform data entry for late-coming cases, disciplinary offences, and interventions.
  • Compile weekly or monthly discipline statistics as required.
  • Assist in monitoring student reporting channels.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all student information at all times.
  • Review detention, late-coming, and corrective work processes during school holidays.
  1. Additional Duties
Carry out any other administrative and operational duties related to student management as assigned by the Authority during the period of employment.
  1. Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • The Personnel shall possess a minimum qualification of a diploma.
  • The Personnel should preferably be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google collaborative tools.
  • The Personnel should preferably have at least 3 years of working experience in a uniformed service (e.g., Police, Prison Service, or equivalent), with involvement in youth-related case investigations.
  • The Personnel should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The Personnel should be able to multitask effectively, work independently, and collaborate well within a team.
  • The Personnel should maintain a calm and composed disposition, with the ability to manage challenging student situations effectively.
