• Lead and guide the curriculum team in designing and developing training programmes.
• Manage trainers to ensure all training content and delivery meet the required standards and values.
• Regularly review and improve training programmes to ensure they remain relevant to industry needs and maintain high-quality standards.
• Create engaging learning materials and content to provide an effective and enjoyable learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all training records and course materials in an organized manner.
