Visual Merchandiser

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand experience to life across our retail stores. This role is responsible for executing impactful visual displays, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting store activations that elevate the customer experience.

• Plan and execute in-store visual merchandising displays in line with brand campaigns and seasonal themes
• Maintain visual standards across multiple retail outlets to ensure a consistent and polished brand presentation
• Manage and refresh jewellery displays, props, signage, and visual assets regularly
• Work closely with retail operations teams to coordinate VM updates and store rollouts
• Support festive campaigns, promotional setups, store openings, and refresh projects
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers on production, installation, and logistics
• Track and manage VM inventory, including display materials and props
• Handle scheduling, sourcing, and administrative coordination for VM activities
• Provide on-ground support for ad hoc merchandising and display requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery industries
• Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, balance, and attention to details
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and adapting to changing priorities
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to support physical setup and installation work
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines
• Experience in a multi-store retail environment is an advantage
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is an advantage
