Sales Executive, Swiss Watch Gallery (Resorts World Sentosa) - Geylang

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading luxury retail group and contribute to the success of our flagship store in a prime location.

1. Provide personalised customer service and product expertise to ensure a premium shopping experience
2. Engage with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable watch selections
3. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
4. Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest brand and industry trends
5. Ensure the store's presentation and visual merchandising standards are consistently met
6. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required
7. Support the store manager with other administrative and operational tasks

1. At least 1-2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the luxury retail or watch industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach (English and Mandarin speaking is mandatory)
3. Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide informed recommendations
4. Passion for the luxury watch industry and the ability to engage customers with enthusiasm
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation
6. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required (4 days work per week)
