Videographer & Content Creator(Viral Content & Video Ads)

We are looking for someone who knows how to create content people can’t ignore and turn attention into results.

You are a creative and driven Videographer & Content Creator that produces engaging, high-performing content and experience with multiple beauty brands.

This is not just a filming role, you will be involved in ideation, storytelling, and creating content that captures attention, builds awareness, and drives real results.

If you enjoy creating content that people actually watch, engage with, and share; this role is for you.

• Create viral-style content for (Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu)
• Produce short-form content (trends, transformations, educational, behind-the-scenes)
• Conceptualise and edit video ads (UGC-style, testimonial, problem-solution, promotional)
• Come up with content ideas, hooks, and storytelling angles
• Develop strong hooks, storylines, and multiple content angles
• Repurpose one shoot into multiple variations for testing (ads & organic)
• Film and edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut
• Work closely with the team on campaigns and content direction

• You create content that stops people from scrolling
• Your videos generate strong engagement (comments, shares, saves)
• Your content increases brand awareness and interest
• Your video ads drive enquiries, leads, and campaign performance
• You are able to consistently come up with fresh, relevant content ideas
• You understand what makes content perform and improve over time
• You understand how to balance viral content and conversion-focused ads

• You have a strong instinct for viral-style content and trends
• You know how to structure videos with strong hooks and fast pacing
• You can turn one concept into multiple high-performing variations
• You are proactive and always thinking of how to improve performance
• You enjoy experimenting and testing what works

• Experience in videography and video editing
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content
• Comfortable using CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut
• Able to work in a fast-paced, content-driven environment
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience attention

• Experience creating content for brands (beauty/lifestyle is a plus)
• Experience creating viral or high-engagement content
• Understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour
• Understanding of content performance (engagement, retention, conversion)
• Experience in beauty/lifestyle brands

• This is not a slow-paced or purely cinematic production role
