We are partnering with manufacturing companies in the Automotive industries, seeking Order Management/Logistics Executives to support B2B operations. These roles are vital in ensuring seamless communication and service delivery for sales order fulfilment, quotations, and customer inquiries.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9-6) with hybrid arrangement

• Provide professional customer service to B2B clients by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the order cycle.
• Promote and up-sell parts based on market needs while providing timely, value-adding responses to customer inquiries, especially during supply disruptions.
• Process orders and claims accurately, ensuring clear communication of delivery, cost, and safety factors, and take proactive steps for recovery when needed.
• Managing logistics arrangements

• Minimum 2–3 years of order management/logistics experience
• Proficiency in SAP is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Incoterms is preferred.
