Our Client, an established logistics/freight forwarding company, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Customer Service Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the customer service department and reporting to team manager
- Handle all bookings for both air and sea
- Liaise with air and sea carriers
- Liaise with customers
- Handle all sea documentation work like bookings, BL etc
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and all emails
- Residing in the east zone (Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris, Hougang, Sengkang) is preferred
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: Changi
- Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 9am - 6pm
- Salary: $2,800 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
