HR & Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Hands-on daily HR & admin operational matters
- Assist end to end onboarding and offboarding
- Assist in work pass processes
- Responsible for general employee queries such as leave, processes etc
- Responsible for HR administration including staff records, files, and documentation
- Assist in company insurance
- Office management such as office supplies, purchases, reimbursements, and claims
- Assist and organize company events
- Data entry support
- Assist in payroll computation
- Filing support for accounts non-confidential documents and packing for storage
- Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Job Requirement:
- At least Diploma or with relevant working experience
- Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Words, Excel) pivot table, vlookup etc
- Organized and meticulous with initiative and good working attitude
- Graduated in related field or at least some working experience
- Immediate position or available to start in short notice
- Singaporean only
