Job Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on daily HR & admin operational matters
  • Assist end to end onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist in work pass processes
  • Responsible for general employee queries such as leave, processes etc
  • Responsible for HR administration including staff records, files, and documentation
  • Assist in company insurance
  • Office management such as office supplies, purchases, reimbursements, and claims
  • Assist and organize company events
  • Data entry support
  • Assist in payroll computation
  • Filing support for accounts non-confidential documents and packing for storage
  • Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirement:

  • At least Diploma or with relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Words, Excel) pivot table, vlookup etc
  • Organized and meticulous with initiative and good working attitude
  • Graduated in related field or at least some working experience
  • Immediate position or available to start in short notice
  • Singaporean only
