We are seeking a motivated and versatile Senior Manager, Development, Facilities & Asset Management, to oversee new attraction development, facilities operations, and asset management across Mount Faber Leisure’s product offerings, with the aim of delivering innovative guest experiences, optimising operational efficiency, and maximising long-term asset value.
The incumbent is expected to integrate sustainable practices into project design, daily operations, and asset management, ensuring that new ideas not only enhance guest experiences and business growth, but also minimise environmental impact.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Attraction Development & Innovation- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of new attraction projects, from concept to execution.
- Develop creative and commercially viable concepts that enhance guest experience and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare proposals and presentations to secure approvals from management and partners.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Oversee daily facilities operations, preventive maintenance, and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain and update the asset register; implement lifecycle management plans to optimise value and minimise downtime.
- Manage lease administration for company and tenanted spaces, including renewals, negotiations, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate and build strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Embed sustainability practices into both new developments and ongoing operations, focusing on energy efficiency, resource conservation, and waste reduction.
- Initiate and lead sustainability projects that reduce the organisation's environmental footprint and strengthen long-term environmental performance.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities/Asset Management, Architecture, Attractions/Tourism Management, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in project management, facilities/asset management, or attractions development.
- Experience in lease management and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong creative and commercial acumen, to balance innovation with financial viability.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly organised and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Candidates with the following certifications will have an added advantage: Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), Work at HeightFire Safety Manager (FSM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent, and/or sustainability-related certifications (e.g. BCA Green Mark Manager, LEED AP, ISO 14001).
Note: This is a 2-year contract on renewable terms. The title and scope of responsibilities will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and expertise.
