- Assist in managing the daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and service quality.
- Supervise and lead service and kitchen staff during daily operations.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage manpower scheduling efficiently.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
- Conduct on-the-job training and guide staff to meet company service standards.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure outlet cleanliness, food hygiene, and workplace safety compliance according to NEA requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and minimize operational wastage.
- Prepare operational reports, sales reports, and other administrative documentation.
- Support management in achieving sales targets, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Passionate about the F&B industry
