Operations Assistant

This role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Manage daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily clinic operations across assigned clinic locations as deployed
• Handle clinic duties such as managing patient flow, appointment scheduling, and inventory coordination, always maintaining high standard of services.
• Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk duties
• Support doctors and clinic staff in coordinating patient flow and clinic activities
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist with billing, payment collection, insurance claims, and Medisave submissions where applicable
• Assist in medication ordering, ensuring medications are in stock and medication dispensing and ensure that medications are administered in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Be deployed across assigned clinic to provide operational support during staff shortages or high patient volume periods as determined by the Management
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or any other responsibilities and assignments as assigned by the Management.

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in healthcare, specialist clinic, or customer service environment will be an advantage
• Willing to travel and work across multiple clinic locations when required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a patient-facing environment
• Able to work independently and handle operational challenges with professionalism
