Operations Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Operations Assistant to support the daily operations and manpower deployment across our group clinics. The incumbent will provide operational, administrative, and frontline support across multiple clinic locations to ensure smooth workflow, adequate staffing coverage, and efficient service delivery.
This role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Job Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily clinic operations across assigned clinic locations as deployed
- Handle clinic duties such as managing patient flow, appointment scheduling, and inventory coordination, always maintaining high standard of services.
- Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk duties
- Support doctors and clinic staff in coordinating patient flow and clinic activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist with billing, payment collection, insurance claims, and Medisave submissions where applicable
- Assist in medication ordering, ensuring medications are in stock and medication dispensing and ensure that medications are administered in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Be deployed across assigned clinic to provide operational support during staff shortages or high patient volume periods as determined by the Management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or any other responsibilities and assignments as assigned by the Management.
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in healthcare, specialist clinic, or customer service environment will be an advantage
- Willing to travel and work across multiple clinic locations when required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a patient-facing environment
- Able to work independently and handle operational challenges with professionalism
