About the Role
IMR Test Labs Singapore is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to support the coordination of laboratory testing operations and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate job logging in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and timely follow-up with the technical team.
- Process and issue test reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage outsourcing activities including PO issuance, sample shipment, progress tracking, consolidation of results and report issuance.
- Handle customer communication, including job acknowledgements, status updates and report delivery.
- Support preparation and issuance of quotations for routine and repeat jobs based on approved pricing guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining quality and EHS documentation, including calibration scheduling, audit support and record keeping.
- Provide IT support, liaise with vendors and the corporate IT team in the US to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems.
- Provide general operational and administrative support as required to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience in operations coordination, customer service, or administration in a laboratory or technical environment will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
