Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager - Kallang/Tai Seng (FMCG) - $5000 to $7000 (Very Urgent)
- Individual contributor, reports to Finance Director
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm (no hybrid, 5 days in office)
Salary: $5000 to $7000 + 2 Months VB
Responsibilities- Support statutory audits and preparation of financial statements, liaising with auditors
- Coordinate GST and corporate tax filings with tax agents
- Participate in monthly stock-taking and assist with inventory management
- Handle banking-related transactions and day-to-day financial activities
- Handles Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Assist with monthly financial closing and prepare management reports
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, and journal entries for rebates, claims, and miscellaneous charges
- Manage collections, receipt application, and debtor ageing to maintain current accounts
- Resolve customer billing queries, payment discrepancies, and disputes
- Support daily cash reporting and monitoring
- Prepare and submit government statistical reports as required
- Perform ad-hoc accounting or finance tasks as assigned
