Job Description:

Join our government client as a Admin Assistant, where you will support the team in encouraging taxpayers to fulfill their obligations through digital platforms and services.

Location: Central Region, Singapore (Near Novena MRT)

Salary & Working Hours
  • Hourly Rate: $13.60 per hour
  • Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to taxpayers via email and phone.
  • Guide and encourage taxpayers to use e-services and chat support.
  • Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Committed to Monday–Friday office hours (8.30am – 5.30pm).
  • Willing to commit to a 3-month contract role. (Renewable)
