Are you organized, proactive, and people-oriented? We’re looking for a responsible Admin cum Front Desk Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth communication with students and parents.- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in parents and students warmly
- Handle calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain student records, attendance, and class schedules
- Support document preparation (e.g. make-up class forms, reminders)
- Perform basic admin duties: filing, data entry, checking payment records
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks and fee follow-ups when required
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of admin or front desk experience (tuition center preferred)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good communication skills and a pleasant personality
- Meticulous, independent, and able to multitask
- Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- At least an O-Level qualification, Diploma and above preferred
