Responsibilities:

Install, maintain and troubleshoot desktop systems including PC configurations and software installations
Maintain office equipment operations (video conferencing, printers, attendance systems, projectors, surveillance)
Manage IT office setup and maintenance with knowledge of electrical systems
Oversee IT equipment lifecycle management
Support server maintenance and IT automation development

Requirements:

Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing/switching, firewalls, wireless)
Windows/Linux/macOS installation and troubleshooting
Hardware diagnostics for desktops/laptops/printers
DNS/AD/FTP/LDAP management and virtualization knowledge
Windows/macOS maintenance experience including OS reinstallation
IT office environment setup knowledge
Mandarin proficiency required for collaboration with China teams
IDC operations experience is a plus
