Business Development Manager

The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the Asian and other regions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing deals that deliver solutions to our clients.
This is a high-impact role with direct influence on our company's trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry events.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact, needs analysis, and solution presentation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT Heads, Operations Managers).
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity and analysis, propose and present new business opportunities and identify threats
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical and to craft compelling proposals and ensure a smooth client handover.
- Revenue Accountability: Meet quarterly sales targets and objectives.
What We Are Looking For (Criteria):
Must-Have:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven business development/sales experience in the IT services industry & Pest Control industry.
- Track Record: Demonstrable history of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing deals.
- Technical Acumen: A basic background in and knowledge of the principles of Pest Control and Management. Strong understanding of core IT concepts.
- Hunter Mentality: Self-starter with exceptional prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Communication: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and client-facing communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Existing network in the Pest Control sector.
- Experience selling SaaS products alongside IT services.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., basic cloud certifications, sales methodologies like SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale).
