Senior Executive, Payroll

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for payroll and incentives management, HR operations and administrative functions. This role requires hands-on, detail-oriented HR professional with strong payroll experience, the ability to manage compliance and operational excellence independently.

Job Responsibilities

Payroll and Incentives Management
  • Manage end to end payroll processing
  • Consolidate and process commissions and incentive payouts.
  • Manage time attendance system and ensure payroll is processed with accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll, commission and incentives payouts
  • Handle and resolve queries on payroll related matters.
  • Manage income tax submission for foreign employees.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Conduct salary surveys, market analysis and annual compensation review to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of compensation frameworks, salary structures, incentives schemes and allowance policies
HR Operations & Administration
  • Responsible for end-to-end HR administration and operations and advisory support to employees.
  • Maintain and update accurate HRIS records and employee files with confidentiality.
  • Handle work pass application and renewals
  • Administration of employee confirmation, resignation and other employment related letters
  • Submission of government-paid claims such as Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, and other related claims
  • Prepare accurate monthly HR reports and provide analysis report
  • Support internal and external audits and statutory compliance
  • Support HR activities and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, with strong payroll exposure, preferably with experience in retail, FMCG or multi-outlets environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing payroll processes and statutory compliance.
  • Solid knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
