Opening Job Opportunity:
We have an opening for an Assistant Service Manager to manage the CTI Cryogenic Field Service. You will work closely with your team to ensure day-to-day operations are executed in a safe and timely manner. In this role, you will be responsible for:
What You Will Do:
- Lead and support field service activities for CTI cryopumps, including installation, troubleshooting, regeneration issues, cooldown performance, leak diagnostics, and controller interfacing.
- Guide and provide technical support to service engineers and technicians – for escalation cases.
- Ensure all service work meets quality, safety, and documentation standards.
- Participate in complex customer site troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement of workflow and installation/troubleshooting methods.
- Support manpower planning and coordination of service jobs daily.
- Coach and mentor the field service team for capability development and improvement.
What You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 4 years and above of leadership and hands-on experience working with vacuum systems or similar industrial equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting capability in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to interface professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with CTI cryopumps or vacuum pumps is highly preferred.
