Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing / East / FMCG)

• Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm, Saturday: 9am – 1pm
• Well Established Food Manufacturing Company

• Supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
• Conduct training and provide guidance to factory workers.
• Coordinate inventory of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Report production issues and recommend improvements to management.
• Maintain production records and documentation.

• N Level and above
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in similar role
• Possess knowledge of food safety standards is an advantage
