• Welcome guests promptly and guide them to their tables.

• Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and provide recommendations.
• Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.

1. Serving:

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly to guests.
• Ensure all orders meet quality and presentation standards.

Table Management:

1. Prepping and Cleaning:

• Set up tables with appropriate cutlery, napkins, and decorations.
• Clear and reset tables quickly for the next guests.

1. Monitoring:

• Regularly check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs.

Sales and Upselling:

1. Recommendations:

• Suggest daily specials, signature dishes, and complementary beverages to enhance the dining experience.

1. Upselling:

• Encourage guests to try additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or premium beverages.

Payment Handling:

1. Billing:

• Present bills promptly, process payments, and provide correct change.

1. POS System:

• Operate the POS system efficiently and ensure accurate order entry.
