Work Location- Certis Safe Deposit Box – Paya Lebar Branch, Bukit Merah, Jurong East
Working Hours
5 Work Days 2 Off Days- Monday to Saturday: 9:00AM – 8:30PM
- Sunday: 9:00AM – 6:30PM
Shift schedules will be assigned based on operational requirements.
Job Responsibilities- Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and service requests professionally
- Support customers with access to safe deposit box facilities
- Assist with customer onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle payment-related transactions and administrative documentation
- Provide operational and administrative support duties as assigned
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
- Comfortable handling administrative and operational duties
- Able to work weekends and rotating schedules
- Candidates with customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or administrative experience are welcome to apply
