Role Overview
We are looking for passionate Beauty Advisors who love skincare, customer interaction, and wellness. You will be the face of our exclusive outlet, delivering personalized skincare consultations and driving a premium in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized skincare consultations based on customer skin type and concerns
- Recommend suitable organic skincare products and routines
- Deliver exceptional customer service and in-store experience
- Educate customers on Ayurvedic and plant-based skincare benefits
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product displays
- Build strong customer relationships and repeat clientele
- Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or retail sales preferred
- Strong interest in skincare, wellness, and organic products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
