About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide interim support to our Corporate Secretarial team. This temporary role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, looking to contribute to a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and corporate secretarial support to the team.
- Coordinate and arrange wet-ink signatures for board and shareholders' resolutions.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of hardcopy minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documents.
- Maintain and update the corporate secretarial database accurately and timely.
- Assist with administrative and logistical arrangements for board and board committee meetings.
- Support day-to-day office administrative tasks, including scheduling, document handling, and general coordination.
- Prior experience in administrative or corporate secretarial support is preferred.
- Familiarity with corporate governance documentation and procedures is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
