About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations in our growing semi-fine Korean restaurant. You will oversee all culinary functions and ensure a high-quality dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the kitchen team, including menu planning and food preparation
- Develop and refine recipes to elevate the dining experience
- Manage inventory, food costing, and purchasing of quality ingredients
- Work closely with the front-of-house team for smooth service coordination
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment
