About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations in our growing semi-fine Korean restaurant. You will oversee all culinary functions and ensure a high-quality dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, including menu planning and food preparation
  • Develop and refine recipes to elevate the dining experience
  • Manage inventory, food costing, and purchasing of quality ingredients
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team for smooth service coordination
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
  • Maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment
