Marketing Executive - Pasir Ris

As a Marketing Executive at KiMatrix, you will play a key role in driving brand visibility, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns. This role combines digital marketing, client outreach, event coordination, and day-to-day sales support to contribute directly to business growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly update and maintain company blog and news pages.
• Create engaging content aligned with company strategy, product updates, and industry trends.
• Ensure consistency in branding and tone of voice across all digital channels.

• Research and reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and proposals to support client engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up actions in CRM systems.

• Provide day-to-day assistance to the Director in sales-related activities.
• Support preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of sales commitments.

• Optimize website and content for search engine ranking (SEO/SEM).
• Track performance metrics and propose strategies to increase online visibility and lead conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking.

• Plan, arrange, and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Follow up on event leads, post-event reporting, and evaluation of ROI.

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in event planning or conference coordination is an advantage.
