Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Summary & Purpose:

Lead comprehensive human resources operations for our medical organisation. This role requires a strategic HR professional who can manage complex healthcare staffing models, drive organisational culture initiatives, and ensure seamless HR service delivery across medical and non-medical job family functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

A Specific (90%)

1 Strategise healthcare manpower and staff engagement initiatives to support organisational objectives.

2 Oversee the execution of strategic plans involving HR functions, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals and effective implementation across all departments.

3 Lead, mentor and manage a team, providing guidance on complex HR matters, performance management, and professional management.

4 Delegate responsibilities effectively whilst ensuring quality standards and consistency in HR service delivery across the team.

5 Supervise the payroll and pay administration process for healthcare.

6 Ensure compliance to all healthcare policies and legal requirements.

7 Manage the manpower sufficiency for all departments by ensuring timely fulfilment of vacancies through strategic recruitment and retention initiatives.

8 Coordinate with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and develop proactive solutions to maintain optimal staffing levels.

9 Manage the training and development portfolio for healthcare by establishing a complete training record, managing the approval framework and rebuilding the Learning Needs Analysis process.

10 Main point of contact for all administration matters with Group HR and healthcare Departments.

11 Undertake the HRIS role for healthcare

12 Drive wellness activities and oversee wellbeing domains, developing and implementing programmes that support employee health, engagement, and work-life balance.

13 Monitor wellness metrics and continuously improve initiatives based on employee feedback and organisational needs.

B General (10%)

1 Participate in healthcare Committees as assigned.

2 Participate in Group HR Workgroups/Committees as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of HR management experience
  • Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of staff
  • Knowledge of computer software eg. MS Office, HRIS system such as SAP, SuccessFactors
