Performance Management, Assistant Manager (Part-Time Employment), contract

You will be responsible for data collection, data analysis and regular review of systems and processes. This is with the intent to monitor the performances of hospital indicators and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Collects clinical and administrative data for hospital performance indicators
• Coordinates with respective stakeholders to obtain data / information for analysis
• Monitor and ensure that the clinical data is timely and accurately updated in the database system
• Assist in the preparation of report submission or ad hoc request
• Work with various hospital departments including bat limited to Department of Cardiology
• Summarises compliance, deviations, trends and recommends potential improvement initiatives
• Assist with the department's day to day work
• Undertake work as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to seek out opportunities for enhancements to quality, productivity and/or patient safety and care
• Participate in the hospital's Quality Improvement activities as needed

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma, preferably in Nursing / Health Life Sciences
• At least 2 years' experience in healthcare sector with ability to understand medical terms
• Those with diploma, at least 8 years' experience in healthcare sector with ability to understand medical terms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and writing skills.
• Basic analytical or statistical knowledge
• Practical experience of standard clinical techniques or other clinical knowledge would be an advantage
• This is a part-time on 18 hrs/week, 2-year contract employment
