Our Client:Our client is an established global leader in freight forwarding & logistics, providing integrated air, sea, and land freight solutions. They are seeking a meticulous and proactive Operations Analyst to ensure the smooth execution and data integrity of their daily logistics operations in Singapore.
The Role:This is a foundational operations role. You will be the crucial support ensuring daily activities run smoothly, data is accurate, and standard procedures are followed. You will handle shipment tracking, documentation, reporting, and issue coordination to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support daily operational tasks for air, sea, and land freight shipments, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs.
- Prepare, review, and verify all shipment documentation for accuracy; perform daily checks on system data to prevent errors.
- Generate daily and weekly operational reports on shipment volumes, on-time performance, and exceptions.
- Track operational issues (delays, errors) and coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Customer Service, Finance) to facilitate resolution.
- Support process improvement initiatives and provide ground-level feedback for SOP updates.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations.
- Good foundational understanding of air and sea freight processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Organized, team-oriented, and able to manage routine tasks consistently and reliably.
