• Lead the maintenance and smooth operation of hospital air-conditioning, ventilation, and mechanical systems. Work closely with service vendors on regular upkeep and upgrades.
• Supervise outsourced maintenance teams and ensure they meet service standards. Take charge of system improvements, renovations, and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor maintenance quality, safety practices, and ensure compliance with hospital, infection control, and fire safety requirements.
• Provide expert advice on resolving system failures, recommending replacements when needed. Prepare technical documents and cost estimates for projects.
• Work with internal teams, external consultants, and hospital leadership to support facility-related improvements and operational readiness.

• Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, fire safety practices a plus
• Hands-on, service-oriented with good communication and leadership skills
