The Role
Responsible for performing eye examinations, giving advice on visual problems and providing primary vision care using specialist diagnostic equipment.
Key Accountabilities- Ensure daily operations are running efficiently
- Check for signs and symptoms of general health conditions through observations and communications with patients to get a detailed case history
- Ability to use specialist equipment for diagnosis and examinations of patient's eyes to detect signs of injury, diseases and defects in vision
- Provide advice and reassurance to patients about matters related in vision
- Deliver high quality patient care
- Other duties as assigned
- Diploma/Degree in Optometry or equivalent
- Registered with Singapore's Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB)
- Preferably with 1 year's relevant work experience
