About the Role
YLG Bullion Singapore Pte Ltd, a reputable precious metals company, is seeking a disciplined and performance-driven Proprietary Trader to manage and trade the firm’s capital in Spot FX and Precious Metals (XAU/XAG). The role requires strong execution capability, strict risk discipline, and the ability to generate consistent, risk-adjusted returns within defined risk parameters.
Key Responsibilities- Analysing global financial markets and identifying profitable trading opportunities.
- Executing trades in Spot FX, Precious Metals and other asset classes to generate consistent returns.
- Monitoring and managing your trading portfolio to minimise risk and maximise profitability.
- Collaborating with the broader trading team to share insights and strategies.
- Continuously researching and learning about new trading techniques and market developments.
- Adhering to the company's risk management policies and compliance requirements.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Proprietary Trader in Spot FX, Precious Metals or other asset classes.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, including technical and fundamental analysis.
- Proven track record of consistent profitability and risk management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the trading desk.
- Passion for the financial markets and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Structured proprietary trading platform with disciplined risk framework.
