Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new floral designs for product launches, weddings, and events
- Oversee floral inventory and manage weekly purchasing
- Mentor junior florists to ensure timely and high-quality order fulfilment
- Coordinate with operations to ensure scheduled orders are delivered on time
- Prepare weekend floral orders in advance by Friday
- Perform on-site flower maintenance at designated hotel locations (monthly)
- Handle on-site setup and installation for designs that cannot be transported
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in weddings and events is an advantage
- Must be willing to work on weekends to support wedding and event setups
