Looking for full Time office hour clinical receptionist (office hour)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinic administrative dutiesc
  • Handle general and phone-call enquiries and scheduling of appointments
  • Clinic reception work
  • Attend to patients’ needs
  • To assist the doctor in the clinic
  • Work hand in hand with team members to meet job objectives

Requirements:

  • Service oriented
  • Good grooming and pleasant disposition
  • Possess positive working attitude, diligent, high degree of motivation and drive
  • Has initiative, able to work independently and work well in a team
  • Good communication skills and ability to handle customers across all levels
  • Able to at least converse in English and Mandarin
  • Experience in customer service or retail an added advantage
  • Singaporeans or PR only
