E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Executive (Diploma / 2 Yrs Exp / North) - Sembawang

Job Description:

• Oversee and drive growth across all e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, RedMart, Shopee, Grab/Panda Mart, Amazon).
• Monitor daily operations, including order and delivery fulfillment, payments, inventory, customer inquiries, refunds, and website updates.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales.
• Maintain and grow the company’s online presence, including social media and advertising channels.
• Create content and conduct product photoshoots.
• Track, measure, and report the performance of digital marketing efforts (ROI, KPIs).
• Analyze trends and optimize marketing spend and performance.
• Configure and manage social media and Google Ads.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Coordinate with developers on website maintenance and technical improvements.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or any related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Willing to learn
• Able to start immediately will be an advantage
