Immigration Documentation Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Immigration Specialist to manage and support clients throughout the immigration application process. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with local immigration laws while providing accurate, timely, and professional guidance across the entire application lifecycle.

• Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications, including Permanent Residency and Singapore Citizenship applications
• Monitor application progress and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with relevant immigration laws, regulations, and procedural requirements
• Provide clear guidance to clients on immigration policies, processes, and timelines
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policy updates

• Diploma, Higher Nitec, A-Level, or equivalent qualification
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
