As an Associate Sales Support, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Handle sales administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems and internal databases.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support the sales team throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor key metrics, and assist with updating performance dashboards.
• Support inventory tracking and collaborate with Supply Chain on stock availability.
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., Engineering, Logistics) to align on project timelines.
• Assist in organising sales meetings, client visits, and company events.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure compliance with credit terms.
• Contribute ideas to improve administrative workflows and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business or Engineering or related field
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in construction or heavy equipment industry
• Good knowledge on use of PC software and CRM application.
