How will you value-add:

  • Assisting resource planning team in optimising the deployment of resources.
  • Prepare and maintain regular resource reports to ensure accurate tracking and planning.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks related to resource management.

About you:

  • Able to commit for the entire 6 months contract.
  • Strongly motivated and resourceful with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working with staff at various levels.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple stakeholders and varying demands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data management skills.
