Sales Coordinator + Marketing & IT Support (Sin Ming, 5 Days, $3.5k)

Salary: up to $3500
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Work Location: Sin Ming (near Marymount, Upper Thomson, Bishan and Ang Mo Kio MRT Stations)

Responsibilities:

Sales order processing (prepare sales order, quotations, invoices, and delivery order) for local and overseas markets.
Liaise with forwarders/transporters on shipping arrangement.
Maintain up to date orders information to customers.
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and simple IT support.

Requirements:

Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Certification or training in Digital Marketing preferred
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer troubleshooting is an advantage
Good communication, coordination and multitasking skills
Singaporean only need apply
