The Role

We have a strong and growing foundation of work based across Asia and are now seeking a dynamic, energetic and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion across Asia. Based in Singapore, you will drive our further market entry and play a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities, building key client relationships and establishing Polymath as a leading creative presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Polymath’s founder to develop and execute a sales strategy to establish and grow our presence in Asia.
  • Represent Polymath in the region with energy, cultural fluency and brand integrity.
  • Identify, engage and secure new business opportunities with relevant companies requiring best-in-class branding services.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CMOs, Marketing Directors and Brand Managers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads through networking, cold outreach and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the London HQ to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and company objectives.
  • Provide ongoing insights on the Asian market, including competitor analysis and customer preferences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within the 6-month contract period.
What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within branding, design, or marketing services.
  • Strong regional awareness and a network in Singapore’s (and the wider Asian market’s) business ecosystem, especially among sports brands, premium/luxury brands, corporates, consumer brands and/or startups.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and drive sales.
  • Curious, energetic and dedicated attitude with a desire to contribute to building something
  • Personable, with excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and convincingly.
  • Understanding of the branding sector, service offering and marketing concepts.
