Desktop Engineer needed! School environment, No OT needed!

⭐ At least 1 year of Desktop Support experience is required!

Location: Island-wide (Have to be comfortable travelling to different location for work)
Salary: Up to $2,400 Basic Salary
Duration: 1 year direct contract (Renewable)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 7am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

Client Platform Support – Troubleshoot issues, handle service requests, and perform local server administration including software distribution and patch management.
User & Asset Management – Manage user accounts (e.g., password resets), asset records, and follow up on hardware replacements with vendors.
Project Involvement – Participate in implementation and upgrade projects for client platforms, ensuring deliverables meet service level agreements.
ICT Equipment Support – Set up and troubleshoot ICT equipment, maintain hard disk images, install upgrades, and support mobile cart deployment.
Reporting & Documentation – Submit progress reports, document system configurations, update equipment records, and conduct annual stock takes.
