As a Quality and Innovation Executive (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage incidents and client feedback, providing timely responses and preventive measures.
• Identify and implement improvements in service, clinical quality, and patient safety, evaluating their impact.
• Develop and conduct training programs to enhance service standards and foster a customer-centric culture.
• Maintain statistics on Quality Indicators and prepare management reports as required.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing quality management policies for compliance and standardization.
• Ensure all policies meet ISO 9001 standards and maintain certification with relevant consultants and stakeholders.
• Handle external correspondence and track communications with regulatory bodies.
• Ensure timely submission of Service Excellence and external awards.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in Quality Management.
