Join us as an IT Associate Support Engineer in our Client Service & Support Team! Our company provides award winning trading systems to majority of the financial brokerages in Singapore & Malaysia. Our clients also include major international banks in Asia.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced candidate to work closely with our dynamic software development team. You will be part of a dedicated client servicing department that oversees client support & first level bug fixing.

We are also currently on a hybrid work arrangement where eligible colleagues can work from home on selected days of the week after confirmation. Stable internet connection while working from home will be required.

This position is based in our Singapore office, located at Capital Tower (Tanjong Pagar MRT).

Job Description

Working with customers to identify problems and advising on the solution
Provide subsequent operation and maintenance support
Program fixes n code changes
Logging and keeping records of customer queries
Analysing call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems
Updating self-help documents for internal & client use

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry in an application support and development environment will be an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Programming skills in Java, JSP, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and Unix shell script for first level bug fixing
Knowledge in JQuery is an advantage
Experience in Oracle or any relational database management system (RDBMS)
Knowledge of JBoss, Resin web-server or IBM WebSphere Application Server is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
