As an Operation Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the operations team.
- Develop and implement operational and business plans covering areas such as facilities management, equipment upkeep, catering, laundry services, and more.
- Establish streamlined workflows, processes, and procedures to ensure the smooth daily operations of the company in alignment with corporate policies.
- Collaborate with Corporate HQ and external partners to create and implement crisis response, incident management, and contingency plans.
- Prepare the annual work plans for the corporate and coordinate with relevant departments or teams to carry them out effectively.
- Develop the operational budget and oversee expenses to ensure alignment with financial plans.
- Oversee the timely and effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment and infrastructure.
- Degree in Business or Science or other related field.
