Role Overview
We seek a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our boutique co-working and Pilates studio. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a lively environment and is dedicated to delivering outstanding client service while supporting our vibrant community of members.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Reception- Provide a warm and welcoming first impression for all visitors and members.
- Greet clients with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build rapport with members and create a sense of community.
- Handle all front desk operations with attention to detail.
- Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle inquiries about services, membership options, and facilities.
- Process membership applications and maintain accurate client records.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing.
- Manage bookings for meeting rooms, workshop reservations, and individual Pilates classes.
- Coordinate with instructors and co-working members to guarantee smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate scheduling systems and resolve any booking conflicts.
- Process payments and manage membership accounts.
- Handle transactions for classes, memberships, and co-working services.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting reception area.
- Ensure waiting areas and common spaces are tidy and presentable.
- Monitor facility usage and communicate any maintenance needs.
- Promote the unique advantages of our co-working space environment.
- Share knowledge about Pilates and its benefits with interested clients.
- Support community-building initiatives and member events.
- Assist in creating a positive, wellness-focused atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
Essential Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
