Jobscope:

To ensure necessary documentation is made for all prescribed therapy sessions, completed by the clients
To assist reporting officer and ensure smooth operations at the centre from day to day
To carry out maintenance of rehabilitative equipment as per center's guidelines, and follow up with the vendors or F&P accordingly
To assist transport coordinator in transport arrangement and scheduling of clients.
To assist in referrals and coordinate initial assessments with new clients, as well as scheduling clients' visits to the centre
To coordinate monthly food ration service (eg. collecting itmes, packing, delivery arrangement etc)
To oversee the performance of cleaning and pest control contractors
To oversee the maintenance activities of the centre and to escalate to F&P if necessary
To supervise locum general worker and ensure cleanliness of the centre
Facilicate in any audits (NEA) or any other audits conducted by environmental agencies
To oversee equipment, vehicle, infrastructure and inventory management in the centre.
To carry out any other duties assigned by the reporting officer as required

Requirements:

Professional Certificiate n therapy services/ NITEC in therapy services would be advantageous
Min 2-3 years of experience as an operations exec in healthcare industry
