Business Development Executive
About the role
As a Business Development Executive at SANITUS BUILDING SUPPLIES PTE LTD, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion. This is a full-time position that will see you working closely with the sales team to identify and secure new business opportunities.
What you'll be doing- Prospecting and identifying potential new clients in the building supplies industry
- Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to win new business
- Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Arranging and leading client meetings and presentations to showcase the company's products and services
- Negotiating sales agreements and contracts to secure new business
- Providing excellent customer service to build long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts
- Reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a new business development or sales role within the building supplies industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the confidence to handle complex sales discussions
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Good understanding of the building supplies industry and the competitive landscape
- Willing to travel
