Barista (Full-Time)

• Location: Kyo Kohee, Labrador/Shenton Way/ Robinson Road
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Rotating shifts - weekdays, weekends & public holidays)

• Salary Range: $2,400 - $2,800
• Shifts Hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm
• Working Days: Monday-Saturday & public holidays (Sunday Off)

• 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays
• Minimum 1 year of experience in specialty coffee or busy café operations, training provided
• Willing to learn in espresso calibration, matcha preparation, and equipment care
• Able to work well under pressure in a high-volume café environment
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and team player mentality
• Comfortable communicating in English with customers and teammates
• Passionate about coffee, matcha, and delivering great customer experiences

• Work efficiently to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload
• Collaborate with teammates in our small, close-knit group to maintain excellent service flow
• Greet every guest with warmth and a smile—creating comfort from the first hello
• Prepare and serve matcha, espresso, and seasonal drinks with care and consistency
• Share recommendations and product knowledge confidently—we’ll guide you to become a pro
• Keep the café clean, neat, organized, and calm
• Make every customer feel welcome, heard, and taken care of
• Maintain and operate our coffee equipment with pride and attention—no broken equipment on your watch!
• Support and mentor teammates with your skills—sharing is part of the journey
• Stay on top of inventory—restocking and checking dates to keep things fresh
• Work closely with the team to keep everything flowing smoothly, especially during the rush
