Salary: Basic up to $2,500 + Commission ($600–$1,500) + Variable Bonus

We're seeking a passionate and professional Facial Therapist to join our vibrant team! If you love skincare, enjoy helping others feel confident, and have a knack for recommending the right treatments — we want to hear from you!

Your Day-to-Day
✨ Perform professional facial treatments and skin analysis
? Recommend customized skincare solutions
? Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-prepared treatment area
? Be punctual and ready for appointments
? Promote products, packages, and ongoing promos
? Assist with client bookings and post-treatment care
⚙️ Manage tools and product usage efficiently
? Provide consultations for new clients

✅ What We’re Looking For

? At least 1 year of facial therapy/skin treatment experience
? CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or other relevant certification is a plus
? Passion for beauty, skincare, and customer service
Bond Policy

Depending on your experience, bond periods and penalties apply:

✅ 2+ yrs experience: 9-month bond | ? $2,500 penalty
✅ <1 yr experience: 1-year bond
? No experience: 15-month bond | ? $5,000 penalty
? No cert + no exp: 2 years 3 months bond | ? $10,000 penalty
